Unpack, start SPFT, load scatter - MT6575_Android_scatter_emmc.txt
Manually select boot and recovery images (boot.img and TWRP_recovery.img) from same folder where scatter file,
Press download, ignore error, connect powered off phone to cable, wait to finish flashing.
Unpack twrp backup to micro-SDCard, put it to phone,
start phone into recovery mode (volume up + power on - hold volume up),
go to backup/restore menu, and restore backup.
